These extravagant, garter belt inspired, over the knees boots are coming from snow cold Belgrade, Serbia. Designed by Serbian well known footwear designer Danijela Biskup for JSP – Sisters Prokovic fashion brand, “LILU Garter Boots 650″ were first seen at the Fall – Winter ’10 Belgrade Fashion Week that took place in October.

- Concealed 2cm platform
