Over the past 15 years Matthew Williamson has previously collaborated on the development of his runway shoe collections with Manolo Blahnik, Christian Louboutin, Jimmy Choo, Camilla Skovgard and most recently Charlotte Olympia.
This time Williamson has enlisted the help of young British shoe designer Joanne Stoker to design the line. Joanne who has her own namesake shoe line developed the collection out of one of Italy’s premium shoe manufacturers ensuring the product maintains high levels of craftsmanship and quality.
The Spring / Summer 2013 launch collection had its premiere during Williamson’s 30th fashion show in September this year during London Fashion week.
