I met Aruna Seth today, stunning young woman with the best job in the world. She is designer of her own shoe brand – Aruna Seth. Sold in Harrods and worldwide, I learned that negotiations with Level Shoe District are ongoing and hopefully we’ll have Aruna Seth in Dubai too.

Aruna Seth shoes have loyal celebrity following, fans include Kate Hudson and Pippa Middleton who wore silver ‘Lynn’ shoes at the Royal Wedding paired with emerald green Temperley dress.
Shoes are in her blood as she grew up around shoes. Her entrepreneurial father is a self-made man who built up an international footwear company including Ascot Trainers from the 1980’s. Aruna studied at London College of Fashion and in 2009 received £200k business loan from her father to kick-start a new brand.

Aruna Seth aspire to create comfortable and trendy luxury product. A plush leather padding sits in the sock of each shoe, giving ‘cashmere like comfort’ for feet. And only the finest quality nappa leathers, satins and ribbons are chosen to adorn each shoe.

The brand built fast, Aruna Seth is constantly hosting trunk-shows around the globe and her most recent visits included New York, Hong Kong, Singapore, and New Delhi. Her love of travel stems from her cultured background with an Indian father and Jamaican mother making an interesting mix. She is gorgeous indeed!
